RealTime™ Remote Guard Service pairs advanced AI detection with live, trained operators who intervene within seconds - before things escalate.
Our detection system continuously monitors cameras and network sensors, filtering activity and alerting Bandit’s operators only when a person or vehicle meets predefined criteria. Operators follow account-specific protocols to quickly determine whether activity is authorized. If it’s not, they issue a live audio warning through Bandit’s proprietary speaker system to remove the trespasser.
When necessary, law enforcement is notified with a detailed description of the individual and activity. Customers receive weekly reports of all routine activity and trespassers, and expedited incident reports for any activity requiring faster notification. The video surveillance system is accessible by customers, and training & configuration is provided.
